10 Steps to a Plastic Free Life: Step three give up bottled Yoghurt

MittiCoolMost people liberty is to choose from hundreds of Yoghurts. Again we use India with their tradition to make their own Yoghurt or Curd  at home, either from Soya or from Milk.

Here a Milk Yoghurt receipt I use: Warm the Milk put a tablespoon of (bought) Yoghurt. Fill it in a container and after 8 hours: voila your Yoghurt is done. Store it in the fridge or a traditional Clay Curdpot.

Here a Soya Curds recipe – How to make Soya Curds: Warm the Soya milk. Add the curds and mix well. Cover and keep aside till the curds set (approx. 5 to 6 hours). In the winter, place inside a cupboard or closed oven to set.

Yes it is a s simple as it sounds and no most people are not homesteaders and too busy so maybe ban Yoghurt container will help.  HElp us like us on Facebook: http://fb.com/SeaDesigners Here the Viral one:
